Main Responsibilities Will Include

For most roles, we require a minimum of 4 days of in-office presence per week to maintain our culture of excellence and ensure smooth operations, while also recognizing the importance of flexibility and work-life balance. Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Lead customer interactions, delivering exceptional service and building confidence and loyalty.
- Manage patient account records, ensuring accurate orders aligned with clinical needs and service standards.
- Develop, follow, and maintain departmental work processes and procedures, ensuring full compliance with IG/GDPR regulations.
- Engage proactively with patients and healthcare professionals to enhance clinical outcomes while ethically promoting BD products.
- Drive improvement initiatives to boost patient satisfaction, engagement, and commercial success.
- Champion company culture, positively influencing team behavior and collaboration.
- Plan and execute ethical promotional campaigns to optimize BD product mix and meet success metrics.
- Support product launches in collaboration with Marketing.
- Resilient and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering skill development and ensuring key targets are met.
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage workload, team scheduling, and resource allocation efficiently.
