We build and operate automated factories for composite materials, delivering components to Tier 1 and OEMs. The business has 3 main divisions that focus on the development of automated production machines, development of software design and production tools and lastly the operation of the factory.
Now working with >25 customers (multiple leading OEMs) and earlier this year we completed the largest ever Series A in composites manufacturing (link) to fuel a significant scale-up with growth plans that will see the business multiply in size over the next 2-3 years and expand operations into Europe and the US.
The business currently has facilities in Gloucester UK (Factory 1), Bristol UK (Hardware R&D Centre) and in Athens GR (Software R&D Centre).

We're seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our team and drive the
development of our composites manufacturing software suite. In this role, you'll be
the bridge between stakeholders, development teams, and end-users, ensuring our
product meets market needs and maintains its competitive edge.
What will you be doing?
- Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it's well-organised,
- prioritised, and aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, features, and ideas,
- translating them into clear, actionable user stories
- Lead product refinement sessions, ensuring stories are well-defined,
- estimated, and ready for development
- Drive the product roadmap, balancing technical feasibility, business value,
- and resource constraints
- Communicate progress, blockers, and risks to stakeholders regularly and
- effectively
- Review and sign off on completed features, ensuring they meet acceptance criteria and quality standards
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with the development team
What do we need from you?
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in product management or product ownership of a real
- product with established Product Market Fit and traction.
- Strong track record of delivering complex software products
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to prioritise competing demands and manage multiple
- workstreams
- Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Scrum Product Owner certification
Nice to have
- Experience working in a startup environment
- Background in materials science or manufacturing engineering
- Knowledge of composites manufacturing processes and technologies
- Experience in manufacturing software, CAD/CAM, or related industrial applications
