Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time
Location: London, UK
Description
Ready for your next move?
If you’re naturally curious, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love being the connector who brings teams together to make things happen — this is your kind of role.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll shape the narrative, champion the customer, and drive launches that make a genuine impact on schools and families nationwide. If you’re looking for a role where your work isn’t just seen but felt — keep reading.
About The Role
We’re hiring two Product Marketing Managers — one for SIMS Next Gen and one for our Parental Engagement (PE) solution. Both sit right at the heart of one of the biggest transformations happening in UK EdTech.
You’ll work closely with talented Product Managers, senior leaders and customer-facing teams to ensure what we build is understood, valued and adopted by schools and MATs.
The SIMS PMM will own the narrative, product launch plan and adoption strategy for SIMS Next Gen — helping schools understand the value of our new cloud-native MIS and driving momentum as more modules are released.
The Parental Engagement PMM will play a pivotal role in launching our brand-new single app for parents and single back office for school office teams — one of the most significant upgrades ParentPay Group will deliver next year. You’ll help shape the positioning, launch strategy and supporting content as we bring multiple legacy solutions together into a modern, unified experience.
Because of the wider transformation across the Group, both roles will naturally get exposure to Finance, Payments and Catering — so your work will stay varied, strategic and high-impact across multiple teams and product domains.
Key Responsibilities
A Great PMM At ParentPay Group Is a Customer Champion, a Strategic Storyteller, a Cross-functional Connector And a Pragmatic Doer Who Turns Product Into Adoption — And Adoption Into Impact. You’ll Need The Following To Stand Out
