Senior Associate, Paid Media

Location: London (Hybrid)

BNY is a global financial services leader influencing nearly 20% of the world’s investible assets. Their Global Integrated Marketing team is hiring a Senior Associate, Paid Media to help plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns across display, social, programmatic, direct buys, and search.

What you’ll do

• Execute and manage paid media campaigns across display, social, programmatic, direct buy, and search
• Maintain campaign calendars, budgets, and timelines for smooth launches
• Monitor performance and prepare reports with clear insights and optimisation recommendations
• Support A/B testing, creative variations, and ongoing audience refinement
• Collaborate with marketers, creative, content, and agency partners to deliver assets and campaigns on time

What you’ll need

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns end-to-end
• Strong digital marketing or analytics background with a focus on paid execution
• Experience working with external media agencies or global marketing teams
• Interest in ad tech, digital measurement and emerging media tools
• Strong analytical skills, confident with spreadsheets and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience in financial services or B2B marketing is a plus
