Ambu Limited is currently looking for a Product Manager, Urology & ENT to be based in the UK.
As Product Manager, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for our Urology and ENT product portfolios. This role is critical to driving growth and ensuring the success of our Business Units in the UK market. You will be part of a dynamic Marketing team of 10 dedicated professionals, each specialising in areas such as Sustainability, Health Economics & Market Access, Product Management, and Digital Marketing. You will report directly to the Marketing Director.

As Product Manager, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for our Urology and ENT product portfolios. This role is critical to driving growth and ensuring the success of our Business Units in the UK market. You will be part of a dynamic Marketing team of 10 dedicated professionals, each specialising in areas such as Sustainability, Health Economics & Market Access, Product Management, and Digital Marketing. You will report directly to the Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Manage and oversee the Urology and ENT product portfolios to meet business objectives.
- Develop and execute marketing programs to drive revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Stay close to the customer, gathering and utilising market intelligence to shape strategies.
- Collaborate with HQ teams to identify clinical advantages and growth opportunities.
- Lead product launches from market research to go-to-market strategy and internal readiness.
- Support the Field Sales team with customer education, training, and presentations.
- Create, plan, and execute marketing campaigns, assessing their performance and impact.
- Develop marketing collateral and ensure consistent corporate branding.
- Represent the UK at international events and meetings.
Skills

- Proven marketing experience, ideally within the medical devices or tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of the NHS and the healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic marketing, product management, and successful campaign execution.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach and strong project management skills.
- Experience with CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, MS Suite is a plus.
- Personable, outgoing, and able to motivate teams effectively.
- Candidate must reside and be eligible to work in the U.K.
- Required to attend the Ambu UK office minimum 1 day per week
