We are looking to recruit two Personal Tax Portfolio Managers to join our Horsham office — one on a permanent basis and one on a 6-month fixed-term contract. These roles offer the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of clients while mentoring and developing junior team members both in Horsham and across the wider firm.
About the role
- Manage a varied personal tax portfolio including:
- Director/shareholders
- Sole traders and partnerships
- Individuals with share portfolios, including EIS and SEIS investments
- Provide direct client contact for your own portfolio and support others where needed
- Deliver advisory services across a broad range of personal tax matters
- Coach, train and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and development
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across the firm to ensure high-quality service delivery
- ATT/ CTA qualified or equivalent by experience
- Strong technical knowledge of personal tax
- Proven experience in client advisory work is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload effectively
