We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Motor Trade Underwriter to join our established and experienced Underwriting team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
Your Role
This role involves working with selected brokers to optimise profitable growth. You will apply a range of underwriting, relationship management and business development techniques to help achieve this growth. This applies to a range of existing cases within our agreed process and defined underwriting appetite.
You will spend most of your time working with your selected brokers, identifying, discussing, negotiating and renewing new and/or existing business opportunities and making effective underwriting decisions. Within this role you will underwrite Motor Trade policies.
About You
To be successful in your role of Commercial Motor Trade Underwriter you will require underwriting experience within Motor Trade from either a New Business or Existing Business perspective.
You will be able to build working relationships with insurance brokers and write profitable business to ensure growth of the account.
