This role offers the chance to take on a diverse caseload within a supportive private client department while contributing significantly to the firm's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wills Drafting: Provide tailored advice and draft wills to meet clients’ unique needs.
• Probate Management: Oversee the full probate process, managing estates with care and efficiency.
• Trusts & Estate Planning: Advise clients on trust structures and estate planning, demonstrating a strong understanding of trust mechanisms.
• Powers of Attorney: Offer guidance and prepare powers of attorney to ensure clients’ interests are safeguarded.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Corporate Protection (Desirable): Experience advising business owners on estate planning for their companies would be an advantage.

• Proven ability to handle cases independently, including wills, probate, trusts, and powers of attorney.
