Job Title: Primary Teaching Assistant (TA)

Location: Ashington

Salary: £87 - £ 108 per day (Depending on experience)

Start: Immediate

Contract: Daily Supply, Long Term

GSL Education are looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant for schools inAshington.

As a Primary Teaching Assistant (TA), you will offer tailored support, foster a love for learning, and contribute to the academic growth of students across various subjects. We are seeking someone who is passionate about supporting diverse learners and experienced in working with students.

Primary Teaching Assistant (TA) Role

• Support teachers in the planning and delivery of dynamic and engaging lessons.
• Offer individualised assistance to students, aiding them in understanding complex concepts and achieving academic excellence.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting student participation and collaboration.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create innovative teaching strategies and resources.
• Contribute to the holistic development of students by nurturing their social and emotional well-being.
• Gain valuable hands-on experience in a lively educational setting, ideal for those aspiring to become teachers.
  
  

Requirements For Primary Teaching Assistant (TA) Role

• Hold a bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
• Be proactive, energetic, kind and caring towards students.
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to go through the process with us).
• A fully checkable work history.
• Flexibility to adapt to various teaching styles and environments.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
