Job Description
Do you have previous experience in an administrative role?
Do you have experience leading teams to deliver a great client experience?
Do you have excellent attention to detail and accuracy?
We are looking for a Pre Owned Administrator Team Leader to join our Pre-Owned team in Braunstone, Leicester. Responsible for a team of administrators focused on the end-to-end journey of Rolex timepieces the team leader ensures that the highest standards are maintained throughout the procurement and administration processes.
You are responsible for the assessment of all purchased watches, to ensure the condition and work required is consistent with the purchase details. You must be able to work accurately and concisely and have the ability to assess work of others with the intention to develop the skill level within the team. You should be able to develop your own solutions whilst maintaining the Group's professional image. You need to be able to provide a clear positive communication link between all parts of the business and to be forward looking in anticipating future challenges and opportunities and respond to these with effective planning.
