We're looking for a PPM Advisor to join our Cambridge CC Contract Administration team based in Cambridge
Location: Cambridge
Hours: 40 hours per week – Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

What will you be responsible for?
As a PPM Advisor, you'll be working within the Cambridge CC Contract Administration team, supporting them in delivering efficient and effective service coordination and administration.

What will you be responsible for?
As a PPM Advisor, you'll be working within the Cambridge CC Contract Administration team, supporting them in delivering efficient and effective service coordination and administration.
Your Day To Day Will Include
- Communicating effectively with internal and external customers to capture, record, and distribute service calls via the CAFAM system
- Raising and allocating work orders for reactive and planned maintenance tasks
- Scheduling works to engineers or subcontractors and monitoring progress
- Reviewing and updating work orders, ensuring accurate data and timely completion
- Supporting Contract Managers and monitoring performance reports to improve service delivery
This role of Contract Support Advisor is great for you if:
- You have excellent telephone manner and strong verbal and written communication skills
- You are IT literate, particularly with Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook), and have accurate data entry skills
- You can build and maintain effective working relationships and work collaboratively within a team
