We're looking for a PPM Advisor to join our Cambridge CC Contract Administration team based in Cambridge

Location: Cambridge

Hours: 40 hours per week – Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

What will you be responsible for?

As a PPM Advisor, you'll be working within the Cambridge CC Contract Administration team, supporting them in delivering efficient and effective service coordination and administration.

Your Day To Day Will Include

  • Communicating effectively with internal and external customers to capture, record, and distribute service calls via the CAFAM system
  • Raising and allocating work orders for reactive and planned maintenance tasks
  • Scheduling works to engineers or subcontractors and monitoring progress
  • Reviewing and updating work orders, ensuring accurate data and timely completion
  • Supporting Contract Managers and monitoring performance reports to improve service delivery


What are we looking for?

This role of Contract Support Advisor is great for you if:

  • You have excellent telephone manner and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • You are IT literate, particularly with Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook), and have accurate data entry skills
  • You can build and maintain effective working relationships and work collaboratively within a team
