A Snapshot of Your Day
Join us as a Planning Analyst in the Gas Services Distributed GCO organization, where every day presents a new opportunity to make a significant impact! You will take charge of planning and scheduling new equipment for customer contracts, collaborating closely with Engineering, Assembly, and Procurement teams. As a vital link to the Project Manager, you will provide insights on project progress and proactively identify potential risks to ensure timely delivery. Your role is essential in driving efficiency and excellence in our operations, contributing to our mission of delivering reliable energy solutions.

Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. We provide zero or low-emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, including steam turbines and generators. We offer decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernisation, and digitalisation of the fleet.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- You will establish, monitor, and control the overall project schedule in SAP, ensuring alignment with internal and contractual requirements.
- Ensure materials are available to achieve On Time Delivery in full, initiating corrective actions to minimize penalties for late delivery.
- Provide essential planning support and information across the business to facilitate smooth operations.
- Establish milestones in SAP and track project progress, enabling timely invoicing for the Project Manager and Finance teams.
- Prepare and present customer progress reports according to contract requirements, attending meetings to communicate updates effectively.
- You possess technical knowledge of gas turbines and the industry, which will be advantageous in this role.
- Experience in planning and scheduling is a plus, enabling you to navigate project complexities with ease.
- You excel in cross-functional teamwork, utilizing clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Your problem-solving skills allow you to quickly identify issues and develop actionable solutions.
- Proficiency in project management software, including SAP, MS Project, and Excel, is essential for success in this position.
