The Ideal Candidate Will
- Hold a recognized teaching qualification (QTS)
- Have a strong knowledge of the physics curriculum, with a passion for science education
- Demonstrate a commitment to raising standards and achieving the highest levels of student progress
- Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of varying abilities
- Preferably have experience teaching at a grammar or academically selective school, although this is not essential
- Competitive pay to scale, reflecting the National Teacher Pay Scales
- A supportive initial placement through Teaching Personnel, with potential for transition to a permanent contract directly with the school
