Position: People Success Partner II
Focus and level of role: Employee relations case management, operational level
This is a fixed term contract / secondment opportunity for a period of 12 months. This role could be based in any of our main hub offices across the UK (London, Manchester or Gateshead).

As a People Success Partner II, you’ll join a highly skilled, welcoming team that operates across the UK and Europe, contributing to our mission to empower and drive people success.
What You'll Do
Employee Relations Case Management: Lead on complex employee relations cases, providing expert guidance to managers and ensuring efficient and effective resolution.
Coaching & Support: Partner with managers, coaching and mentoring them to build their confidence and effectiveness in managing teams.
Collaboration: Work closely with the People & Culture team, ensuring alignment across HR practices and fostering a culture of collaboration.
Continuous Improvement: Refine and enhance employee relations processes, ensuring compliance with UK employment laws and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
Proven Expertise: Solid experience in UK employee relations and a deep understanding of UK employment law and HR practices (CIPD Level 5 or equivalent preferred).
Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills to build trust and confidence with managers and colleagues alike.
Tech-Savvy: Strong proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools to manage workflows effectively.
Calm Under Pressure: The ability to juggle multiple priorities, resolve issues quickly, and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
Team Player: A collaborative mindset with a can-do attitude, thriving in a team-oriented environment.
