We specialise in the design and manufacture of ground-breaking renewable-energy technology products.

As a People Partner, your main responsibility will be to support and offer advice to both employees and management ensuring high service standards are adopted and met through all aspects of HR within the business. You will be involved in but not limited to employee relations, performance management and ensure HR queries are dealt with promptly and reliably. You will support in the day to day people activity and ensure that the performance and output of individuals aligns with the business goals and objectives.

This is a fixed term, part-time position (3 days per week).

Responsibilities:

To support managers and employees on a range of HR issues, including Employee Relations, Attendance Management and Performance Management.

Provide practical and logical solutions to solve problems/queries quickly to managers on all employment matters and work with them to resolve issues.

Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to according to the Employee Handbook.

Coach and support managers to develop their capability and confidence when dealing with various employee issues.

Ensure compliance and legislative changes are adhered to and keep up to date with employment law changes.

Maintain and develop working relationships with all stakeholders.

Utilise the HRIS by assessing, adding, changing information as and when required and identify any trends.

Support the People & Culture Team/take lead where required with grievance and disciplinary processes and other processes where necessary.

Drive the business performance in relation to the organisations objectives.

Support the Head of People & Culture with reporting and data analysis and key projects.

  • This is a fast paced role

Qualifications & Experience:

Have achieved CIPD level 5 or level 7 and preferably worked in an operational HR environment for 2 years.
