Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. It currently owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. It also owns Bally's Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, online gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform.

With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games and 3,800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, Bally's will own and/or manage 15 casinos across 10 states. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana.

So, what will you be doing?

• Ensuring employee wages are paid in accordance with all applicable country, local regulations, and employment contract agreements.
• Ensuring employee payments and deductions are properly calculated and accurate for processing
• Responsible for assigned payroll process and data accuracy, including uploading data on time
• Auditing all preview payroll reports for anomalies; identifies and addresses issues within the data set.
• Preparing year end payroll and benefits data
• Tracking queries with external payroll provider
• Providing Excel analytics and reporting, ad-hoc and scheduled.
• Following and complying with all internal and external audit narratives.
• Delivering excellent customer service by providing accurate and meaningful answers to employee payroll, and tax inquiries.
• Collaborating with other shared service divisions.
• Adhering to learning guides/Standard Operations Procedures (“SOP”) and best practice content.
• Maintaining payroll record retention for all edits and adjustments.
  
  

And what are we looking for?

• Possess previous extensive payroll experience
• Preferred experience in EMEA payroll
• Large platform payroll applications experience – ideally UKG Pro, activpayroll
• Proficient in Excel, Word and other MS office applications
• Have an analytical mindset with a strong sense of urgency and flexibility.
• Have strong organisational skills & the ability to meet strict deadlines.
