About Our Nursery

Busy Bees Market Harborough is rated "Good" by Ofsted and has a capacity of 118 children. Our purpose-built, single-storey nursery features five well-resourced, bright base rooms, each accompanied by its own beautiful, secure garden. This setup provides ample opportunities for outdoor exploration and learning through play.Conveniently located on the outskirts of town, we are perfect for families in Braybrook, Great Oxendon, and East Farndon. You can find us next to Harborough Leisure Centre and the South Leicestershire Medical Group.We take pride in our long-standing team, with some staff members dedicating over 10 years to our nursery!

What To Expect As a Nursery Practitioner

  • Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
  • Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
  • Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
  • Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
