Our client, a well-established family business in Bordon, is looking for a part-time Administrator to join their warm and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
- Be the welcoming first point of contact for clients, both in person and on the phone
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, website, Checkatrade, and social media
- Support the team with administrative tasks, ensuring they have everything needed for the day
- Assist the business owner with ad-hoc duties
- Take and process client payments
- Maintain an organised work-space and provide overall team support
- Excellent telephone manner with a professional approach
- Experience in the services industry (preferably)
- Confident in using MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- Positive attitude, ready to jump in and help wherever needed
- Familiarity with Xero accounting software (desirable, but not essential)
