Role Summary

Your main role as an Apprentice Resourcer within Deploy is to resource appropriate candidates for crucial client requirements and support the delivery teams in providing service to our clients and candidates.

  • Identifying candidates through job boards, the Deploy database, and sector-specific social media groups.
  • Registration of suitable candidates onto our internal database
  • Writing job adverts
  • Screening candidates
  • Taking details of candidate referees
  • Shortlisting and Hotlisting suitable candidates
  • Liaising with Compliance and Payroll where necessary
  • Dealing with Candidate pay queries and liaising with payroll and compliance to resolve these issues
  • Booking jobs and amending CRM
  • General administrative duties
  • Candidate aftercare

THE APPRENTICESHIP

Deploy Recruitment Group offers an apprenticeship scheme that runs alongside your day-to-day role. The apprenticeship offers practical programmes that develop knowledge, skills, and behaviours that increase confidence, competence, and abilities.

You will receive full support throughout the apprenticeship with a personal coach dedicated to your development and a dedicated line manager within the business who will provide guidance and structure. You will have access to a full suite of online learning resources, technology and discussion groups.

You will be enrolled within the first eight weeks of employment, and typically the apprenticeship will take between 12-18 months to complete. Once complete, you will receive a formal qualification.

*Please note enrolment into an apprenticeship requires minimum academic criteria, which can be discussed before attending an interview*

Hours of work will be Mon- Fri 08.30-17.00

The place of work will be located at our Bordon Office GU35 0FX
