A well-respected Wealth Management firm is looking to hire an experienced Paraplanner to join their growing team. You’ll be working alongside two existing Paraplanners, supporting a group of five advisers.
Based in a lovely office near Horsham train station, the team works 100% from the office, believing this fosters a strong, collaborative working environment.
The firm prides itself on building long-term, trusted relationships with clients while providing exceptional financial planning services. You will be joining an established, friendly, and professional team where there is a genuine community feel across the business. Benefits
- Salary in the range of £40,000–£50,000 (depending on experience)
- Discretionary annual bonus
- Death in Service cover
- Income Protection

- Monday to Friday (9am–5pm)
- Relevant paraplanning experience (formal qualifications not essential, though Level 4 Diploma study is supported and encouraged)
- Previous experience within an IFA practice
- Knowledge and understanding of FCA regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, professional, and positive attitude
