Role Overview
As an Organisational Change Manager, you will lead the design and execution of change management strategies for a high-profile, cross-functional transformation program. You will partner with stakeholders across Atlassian and customer organisations to ensure the successful adoption of new ways of working, processes, and technologies. Your work will drive measurable outcomes and support the long-term success of digital, agile, and DevOps transformations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies aligned with program and organizational objectives.
- Lead end-to-end change management activities, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communication, and training plans.
- Collaborate with program managers, customer stakeholders, and Atlassian teams to define change objectives, success metrics, and desired outcomes.
- Facilitate planning sessions, map out business priorities, and align cross-functional teams to ensure effective change adoption.
- Identify and address barriers to change, providing coaching and support to individuals and teams as needed.
- Communicate progress, wins, and risks to executive sponsors and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Monitor and measure the adoption and impact of changes, collecting and analyzing data to assess effectiveness.
- Develop sustainment strategies to embed changes into the organization’s culture, processes, and systems for long-term success.
- Document and maintain change management processes, tools, and artifacts, and lead efforts to optimize and scale best practices.
About You
- Proven experience leading large-scale organizational change or transformation programs, ideally in a customer-facing or consulting capacity.
- Strong business acumen, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to connect the dots across complex organizations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing at all levels, including C-suite.
- Experience with agile methodologies, roadmap planning, and enterprise work tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly, and deliver value in fast-paced environments.
- 8+ years of change management, program management, or business analysis experience, preferably in technology or SaaS environments.
