Team Kenya is a small, effective and ambitious UK, CIO. We empower women and girls in rural Kenya and advocate for global citizenship in the UK. We are looking for a Fundraising Volunteer to join our small team.

What will you be doing?
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Fundraising Volunteer to join our small team. With a passion for running successful fundraising campaigns and events, you will help Team Kenya to develop fundraising initiatives to generate income, raise awareness and engage supporters. Building on our range of successful fundraising events and campaigns, you will support the development of our fundraising both in the UK and internationally. This is an exciting volunteer role within the organisation and you will have the opportunity to make an impact and shape the future direction of our fundraising portfolio while improving the lives of girls and women living in Ndhiwa, Western Kenya. Specifically, you will Help to plan, support and deliver events and activities organised directly by the organisation and encourage participation in events organised externally. Act as a point of contact for third party event fundraisers and to offer support where needed Maximise publicity on all fundraising activity across our audiences Support individuals and organisations to fundraise for the charity and support them with their fundraising activity. Support and maximise all third party led event and challenge fundraising initiatives. Carry out your own fundraising initiatives and challenges if you choose to. Proactively approach past fundraisers (where approved) to encourage repeat fundraising.
