Help keep our Officers and Staff safe through effective and comprehensive training.

As an Operations Trainer within the Learning and Development department, you will be responsible for the planning, development, and delivery of Public and Personal Safety Training and First Aid Training to all Police Officers and Police Staff that have direct contact with the public.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver training in line with the relevant training curriculum.
  • Ensure training objectives are achieved.
  • Provide specialist advice and knowledge to internal and external colleagues and partners.

The must haves

  • Experience in management of conflict and police use of force.
  • Experience of coaching others.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
