Job Title: Operations Support Assistant

The Role:

Charles Taylor Assistance is seeking an Operations Support Assistant to deliver exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with GDPR regulations. They will also be responsible for managing the claims mailbox and providing daily support to the team.



Key Responsibilities



· To process the company's incoming and outgoing post.



· To undertake all tasks allocated by the Post Room Manager within the post room.



· To provide cover for Workplace Co-Ordinator when required.



· To sort the incoming post prior to scanning.



· To open, prepare and scan incoming post onto the system.



· To prepare outgoing post prior to posting.



· Receive and deal with deliveries and couriers to the Post Room.



· Maintain the printers during the working day.



· Maintain the storage and disposal of confidential waste throughout the building and the storage facility.



· Daily cleaning of coffee machine and restocking.



· Prepare and present the breakfast trolly twice a week.



· Prepare and arrange meeting rooms in line with scheduling needs.



· Liaise with reception as and when required.



· Undertake all other tasks as allocated by the Post Room Manager..



Required Skills



The individual should have a good standard of education and be able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.



In addition to the Key Role responsibilities as detailed, competences are considered to be:

· Proactive, can do attitude, focus of customer quality.



· Self manage personal workflow, ability to prioritise, self-motivate.



· Proficient in verbal and written media and deliver clear and well understood message.
