EQUANS are recruiting for a Digital Data Technician Apprentice to join their team at the Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, from 08:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday on an 18 month fixed-term contract. On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic apprentice to join our team, supporting the development and maintenance of SharePoint sites and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital collaboration tools and data analytics while working alongside experienced professionals.

What will you deliver?
- Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint sites and document libraries.
- Support the creation of dashboards and reports using Power BI and other BI tools.
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Help manage permissions, workflows, and content within SharePoint.
- Perform data analysis and contribute to data quality initiatives.
- Provide user support and training on SharePoint and BI tools.
- Document processes and contribute to knowledge base articles.

- 5 x GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades A-C/9-4, including English and Maths
- Willingness to work in a trainee role to attain a range of skills
- A keen interest in technology, data, and digital collaboration.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- This role includes a DBS Standard check therefore ability to pass is essential.
