In Wound Care at Mölnlycke, we help to prevent, manage and accelerate the healing of wounds.

As the Operations Manager, you’ll have responsibility for providing senior leadership and guidance for the manufacturing site operations whilst maintaining full regulatory compliance adherence.

Duties will include but are not limited too:

  • Delivering all product manufacturing within regulatory and validated specifications
  • Ensure that projected quantities are met within required customer timeframes
  • Leadership, mentoring and development of all Operational Cell Leaders
  • Embed an environment of continuous improvement and drive various CI projects
  • Participate and contribute towards shopfloor daily operational meetings
  • Develop long-term strategic resource and demand plan
  • Build business cases for required capital investment requests

What You’ll Need

  • Extensive experience leading manufacturing operations in similar regulated environment
  • Proven ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Clear ability to coach and develop team members
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Previous exposure to dveloping strategy and investment business proposals
