Hays are recruiting for a temporary Business Administrator. This role is for 3–6 months, but may be extended. Business needs dependent. Fully office based in Oldham 9-5pm

Your new role

The successful candidate must have Adobe in Design Experience. You will provide the company with full administrative support, you will be point of contact for estimating projects, you will coordinate projects, manage the contracts database, enter new contracts, prepare PQQs, prepare presentations, organise events, provide case studies, coordinate sales information, prepare bid and tender documentation, attend meetings, chase quotations and any other duties required via the wider team.

What You'll Need To Succeed

You will be comfortable using Adobe in Design, you will ideally have administrative experience within construction, you will have excellent attention to detail and technical skills, you will be immediately available and able to commit to a role on an ongoing basis.

What You'll Get In Return

This role is paying £24,000 - £26,000 immediate starting, excellent business who prioritse staff well being.
