The Role
The Operations Manager plays a central role in maintaining a high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Advice Services Manager, this role combines hands-on management and project delivery with elements of strategic support, ensuring services are delivered to the highest standards while enabling innovation and growth.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with Citizens Advice Basingstoke, a trusted and highly regarded charity, to make a valuable contribution to helping people overcome the problems they face in everyday life. You would be joining a friendly team who are passionate about helping people.
The successful candidate will be required to be flexible to meet the needs of our service.
The role would be based in our Basingstoke office with the possibility of hybrid office/home working to be discussed further at interview and subject to the needs of the service.
The ideal candidate would have Citizens Advice experience, but training would be provided for the right applicant.
Terms of Appointment
The appointment is 37.5 hours per week. Job share considered. There is scope for flexible working subject to business needs.
Holiday allocation is 33 days per annum inclusive of Bank Holidays.
