- Lead the design and documentation of annual sales and business incentive plans, including eligibility, performance metrics, and payout mechanics.
- Develop and manage financial models to simulate incentive outcomes, assess budget impact, and evaluate design alternatives, in partnership with finance.
- Analyse the effectiveness of incentive plans using performance data, trends, and feedback; recommend improvements to enhance impact and efficiency.
- Partner with Finance to align plans with budget forecasts, financial targets, and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and functional leaders to ensure incentive programs support talent and organisational goals.
- Maintain plan governance, documentation, and compliance with internal policies and local legal requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline incentive-related processes, tools, and communications.
- Senior level stakeholder management, guiding Leaders from conception to execution.
- Deliver clear communication and training materials to help HR and business stakeholders understand and apply incentive plans correctly.
- 8+ years of experience in sales incentive plan design with demonstrated experience across a variety of sales incentive models in large, complex organisations.
- Knowledge of incentive plan mechanics, governance, and local compliance considerations.
- Strong analytical and modelling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with scenario analysis and cost simulations.
- Proven ability to collaborate across HR, Finance, and business functions.
- Project Management skills.
- Experience with compensation tools and systems (e.g., Workday) is an advantage.
- CCP certification is a plus.
