Where will you be working?

At M Group Energy, we’re enabling the energy essential to support our lives.

We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation.

This role will be within our Seeka Operations Centre as an Operations Coordinator, you’ll join the leading provider of metering services in the UK energy retail sector, we provide efficient and flexible services for gas, electricity and water meters.

What will you be doing?

Based in Broxden House, in Perth, the Revenue Protection Administration Assistant, will be supporting our revenue protection business. Your day-to-day role will involve call taking, and liaising with field engineers, managers, and customers for appointment booking. There will be a requirement to schedule work to the field engineers and input data into our data base systems. Alongside this, there may be a requirement to be trained in warrant procedures and liaising with courts. As this is a varied administration role, it requires accuracy and accountability.

  • Intermediate use of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of data analysis
  • Ability to multitask between different workstreams

  • Experience of working in a similar role
  • Utilities (Electricity & Gas) knowledge
  • A desire to learn
  • Ability to work well both independently and as a member of a team
  • Strong customer service background
