The role
As a Digital Insight Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping how we understand and improve the customer experience across digital and non-digital channels. Working closely with colleagues in Product, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Operations, you will deliver insights that directly inform improvements to customer journeys, digital adoption, and overall satisfaction.

This role is focused on hands-on analytics, reporting, and insight delivery—turning data into clear actions that help improve the experience for our business customers. You will support the development of Voice of the Customer (VoC) capabilities, help run web tagging, heatmap analytics and A/B testing tools, and provide recommendations that contribute to operational efficiency and better customer engagement.

This role is focused on hands-on analytics, reporting, and insight delivery—turning data into clear actions that help improve the experience for our business customers. You will support the development of Voice of the Customer (VoC) capabilities, help run web tagging, heatmap analytics and A/B testing tools, and provide recommendations that contribute to operational efficiency and better customer engagement.
- Gather and interpret data from multiple sources (web analytics, heatmaps, surveys, VoC, interaction analytics, operational metrics).
- Conduct structured analysis of customer behaviour & attitudes and identify key opportunities for improvement.
- Translate findings into clear reports and dashboards, highlighting pain points and improvement opportunities.
- Communicate insights in clear, simple language tailored to non-technical audiences.
- Track the impact of digital and service improvements through KPIs
- Strong experience in customer, digital, or operational analytics
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g. GA4), dashboards (e.g. LookerStudio, Power BI, Tableau), and A/B testing/optimisation and heatmapping platforms.
- Ability to interpret data and present actionable recommendations clearly.
- Exposure to customer journeys, CX best practices in B2B environment, VoC programmes, sentiment analysis, or customer research methods.
- (desirable) Knowledge of programming (e.g. SQL, Python, R) for deeper analysis.
