What does the role involve?
Reporting into our Operational Training Manager you'll play an important role in ensuring the operational training needs of our colleagues are maintained, and training for new products and processes are mapped and delivered. You're role will cover the entirety of our Vehicle Solutions business functions to address bespoke training requirements and, in addition, include business wide training such as the induction of new starters, the delivery of our Customer First Academy, and our EV Academy which supports the upskilling of employees as we continue our quest towards decarbonisation.

Some Of Your Key Duties Will Include
- Working with stakeholders to understand learning requirements and conducting training needs analysis alongside our Route to Competency programme
- Project managing the design of blended learning content and completion of multiple training programmes that deliver tangible learning outcomes
- Delivering training both Face to face and remotely via MS Teams to small and large audiences
- Collating and interpreting L&D data that helps establish trends and insights to inform decision making

Also, We're Looking For The Following
- Excellent communication skills across a wide array of stakeholders, written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills with superb attention to detail and confident presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills
- Ability to work at pace and adaptable to a varying workload, challenging the status quo and bringing fresh ideas to the team
- A L&D / CIPD qualification would be advantageous
