We are seeking a highly organised, efficient, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrator, part of our Operated Plant Hire team. You will be responsible for liaising with Operated Plant Hire team and external induction teams, in ensuring all relevant documents are gathered and inductions booked. You will also be involved with making sure the database is updated & maintained.


Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with inductions for all new employees/operators
  • Compliance checks, i.e. right to work documentation
  • Data Management, including maintaining employee records on the database
  • Liaising with internal and external departments
  • Responding to incoming calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner
  • Dealing with queries and investigating any discrepancies
  • Ensure all personal data is collected, stored, and processed in line with the Data Protection Act (DPA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Company Policies
  • Maintaining a good working relationship with your colleagues
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required


Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational skills with a strong ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality records and documentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with both internal teams and external customers.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to learn and stay updated with new software features and functionalities.
