Edukko is a peer-to-peer Web App connecting students and parents with teachers for personalized learning support. Through the Edukko platform, educators can offer tutoring services, share learning materials, and provide academic guidance in various subjects.

Role Description

We are seeking an Online Tutor to join Edukko. This remote position is based out of Dubai, serving a diverse group of students primarily located in Dubai. As an Online Tutor, you will be responsible for:

• Providing virtual one-on-one or group tutoring sessions
• Creating engaging learning materials and lesson plans
• Offering targeted academic support based on students’ individual needs
• Facilitating interactive and student-centered learning experiences

Tutors are compensated on an hourly basis at competitive rates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in UK GCSE, A Levels, IB Diploma, KS3, KS4, KS5, university-level courses, and/or languages
• Proven track record in online tutoring and teaching
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students
• Demonstrated proficiency in educational technology tools and online learning platforms
• Experience developing interactive, student-focused learning materials
• Flexible teaching approach to meet diverse student needs
