About The Role

The Onboarding Engineer will assist in onboarding new customers and customer data to our Managed Security Services systems and contribute to design, support, and management of customer-facing security solutions for CyberCX.

Duties

• Contribute to the build of the onboarding and implementation of technical solutions, supporting the provision of managed services for customers.
• Support Team Lead – MSS Capability to manage the relationships with customers, stakeholders and third parties/ vendors as required.
• Build and develop business solutions, including integrating components that support the integration of customer systems and tools used to deliver the contracted service.
• Provide support on the internal and client communications around system stability issues
• Coordinate the support, maintenance, and upgrading of managed systems as directed by Team Lead – MSS Capability
• Work within the project times frames and deadlines aligning to customer and internal expectations
  
  
  

Skills & experience

• 2 years’ experience in a similar role onboarding customer data into managed security services systems is preferred
• Understanding of IT security tools and controls including SIEM, IDS/IPS, Anti-Virus, WAF preferred
• Some general understanding of security and analytical concepts
• Exposure to IT security operations in a large or complex organisation
• The ability and desire to learn to work with stakeholders, consultation, and communication skills
