The Office Manager will oversee and manage contracted soft services, visitor management, site communications, occupational health, and facilitate meetings. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can ensure smooth operations and maintaining a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:
The Office Manager will oversee and manage contracted soft services, visitor management, site communications, occupational health, and facilitate meetings. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can ensure smooth operations and maintaining a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts for soft services such as canteen, cleaning and gardening while ensuring all providers meet agreed quality standards.
- Organize health screenings, referral appointments, wellness programs and other occupational health activities.
- Prepare for key visitors, coordinate catering, safety equipment and transport, and make sure they are fully supported during their visit.
- Coordinate internal communications by sharing updates through email, intranet and notice boards and publish the quarterly site newsletter.
- Schedule and coordinate Town Halls and other meetings, including agendas, minutes, follow-ups and the provision of necessary equipment and rooms.
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
