The Office Manager will oversee and manage contracted soft services, visitor management, site communications, occupational health, and facilitate meetings. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can ensure smooth operations and maintaining a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage contracts for soft services such as canteen, cleaning and gardening while ensuring all providers meet agreed quality standards.
  • Organize health screenings, referral appointments, wellness programs and other occupational health activities.
  • Prepare for key visitors, coordinate catering, safety equipment and transport, and make sure they are fully supported during their visit.
  • Coordinate internal communications by sharing updates through email, intranet and notice boards and publish the quarterly site newsletter.
  • Schedule and coordinate Town Halls and other meetings, including agendas, minutes, follow-ups and the provision of necessary equipment and rooms.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in office management or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
