Your new role
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the office, be customer focused and accurately record personal data, and banking information, whilst working to (and enhancing / streamlining) business processes and procedures. This is a varied role and applicants will find themselves working in office and in livestock sheds, on Market reports and website publications.
You will work on a wide range of business matters and will also assist the CEO – you will report to the Head of Sales

What You'll Need To Succeed
To succeed, you must have the following:
- Competent in Microsoft Office 365
- Experience of working with and a drive to understand and improve all elements of internal business systems & processes from a user and customer perspective
- Project management skills
- The successful candidates must have excellent inter-personal skills and be able to communicate across all levels including customers, colleagues, service providers, stakeholders and business partners
- Maintain accurate computer & physical records
- Trustworthy and able to work on their own initiative
- Able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
- Carry out duties in accordance with the Market’s policies and procedures
- Pragmatic, lateral thinking and solution driven
- Able to collate information and present in an appropriate format
- Full driving licence
- Degree educated or be of equal graduate calibre
