The Role
Preferred Days/times
4 hours each Tuesday morning
Tasks/duties
The client will need supporting with visiting the community – mainly the local market.
The PA may be required to drive and will need to have their own vehicle with a full, clean, UK driving licence.
Client Main Diagnosis
Young onset Mixed Dementia, recent major open-heart surgery
Communication
No problems with communicating his needs
Moving And Handling
The client is independently mobile but can be unsteady on his feet at times.
Client Enjoys
Getting out and about, visiting the local market, cars and birds of prey
Pets
There are no pets at the property.
This opportunity is suited for someone who is responsible, reliable, patient, and proactive.
Role subject to interview and references.
An Enhanced DBS is required for this role.
