What Our Nursery Managers Do
- Implement the EYFS and oversee planning and record keeping.
- Create lasting relationships with parents, carers, and families.
- Build strong partnerships with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and agencies.
- Manage a busy and thriving nursery, influencing occupancy and staying compliant.
- Identify the training needs of your team members, working with them to develop plans for their future!
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Maths GCSE
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Passion for early childhood education
- Experience in a nursery setting.
