Our Packaging team plays a vital role in supporting the company’s global expansion and brand consistency. We are at the forefront of bringing our products to life, creating, managing, and delivering high-quality packaging artwork that meets both creative standards and stringent regulatory requirements across diverse international markets. Working at the intersection of design, compliance, and production, the department ensures our products are not only shelf-ready and on-brand but also aligned with our evolving sustainability goals. We are critical enablers of market entry and brand integrity.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Packaging team and play a pivotal role in supporting our global expansion initiatives. You will be instrumental in creating high-quality packaging artworks for new product launches and complex multilingual packs. The role offers a unique chance to gain invaluable experience in navigating evolving regional regulations and sustainability requirements within the fast-paced cosmetics industry.
As an Artworker, you will be reporting directly to our Process Packaging Manager. You will be a key contributor to the creation and delivery of accurate, print-ready packaging artwork, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and market-specific needs. This role requires close collaboration and seamless communication with a variety of internal stakeholders.

As an Artworker, you will be reporting directly to our Process Packaging Manager. You will be a key contributor to the creation and delivery of accurate, print-ready packaging artwork, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and market-specific needs. This role requires close collaboration and seamless communication with a variety of internal stakeholders.
In more detail your role will include:
- Create and deliver print-ready components by taking briefs from initial concept through to print-ready artwork, collaborating closely with the Product Development team to translate new concepts into compelling packaging.
- Adapting packaging designs for global markets by skilfully integrating multiple languages and region-specific information, ensuring clarity and consistency across our international reach.
- Collaborating with the Marketing team to ensure packaging designed effectively communicates brand messaging and appeal to target audience
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to ensure all artwork aligns perfectly with production schedules, lead times, and material specifications.
- Liaising with external printers and suppliers to ensure top-notch, accurate output, conducting proof and final quality checks on all files before production
- Meticulously maintain version control and file management best practices to ensure accuracy across all projects
- Creating both visual and physical mock-ups of packaging designs for internal review, stake holder approval and testing.
- Provide ad-hoc design support for wider business needs including creating and amending market material as required
- Previous artworking experience is preferable, or a design-based degree or A-level (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related subject would be beneficial, but not essential.
- Have experience in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Have great attention to detail and accuracy
- Have a desire to learn and continuously develop
- Have the ability to build relationships and work well with a variety of people
- Demonstrate a high level of teamwork, discipline, and enthusiasm
- Excellent organisational skills and get things done attitude
