We are seeking a motivated and experienced Nuclear & Defence Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth efforts in the nuclear energy and defence sectors.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a deep understanding of the regulatory environment, and a proven track record of success in securing contracts and partnerships within the industry.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Nuclear & Defence Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth efforts in the nuclear energy and defence sectors.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a deep understanding of the regulatory environment, and a proven track record of success in securing contracts and partnerships within the industry.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth in the nuclear and defence sectors.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and industry partners.
- Lead the development of proposals, bids, and presentations for new projects and tenders.
- Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to ensure the alignment of business goals with project capabilities.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the nuclear and defence industries.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and meetings with government officials.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and security protocols.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent within engineering, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the nuclear or defence sectors.
- Strong knowledge of nuclear energy technologies, military systems, and defence contracting.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in government and industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with regulatory compliance, risk management, and safety standards in the nuclear and defence industries.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
