As a Sales Office Manager based in our West Bromwich branch (B70 0DD), you’ll be responsible for:

• Lead a team of 4, providing support, motivation, task assignment, and training.
• Manage an important, large customer ledger, engaging with customers in person and via email, contributing to business development.
• Generate reports, update trackers, and participate in daily briefing calls and meetings.
• Collaborate closely with the Key Account Manager, Branch Manager, and Director of Regional Operations to increase sales.
• Organize open days for customers and suppliers and participate in monthly sales office manager meetings, which will involve some travel.
  
  

This is a full time, permanent role working Mon-Friday 40 hours a week – 8am-5pm.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

• Civils or general merchanting experience is highly preferred
• Sales and management experience is essential
• Ability to manage a ledger of customers, delegate tasks for the team & build strong relationships both internally and externally
• Confident communicator, organised, driven nature
• Driving licence is preferred as some travel will be involved for meetings.
