Ward 402/403, Cardiology and Medical stepdown ward, is looking to recruit two caring and calm Senior Health Care Support Workers to join our fast-paced Ward.
We are passionate about improving the service we provide and to help us achieve this we are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic individuals to join our team.
Applicants should have previous current experience working in an NHS hospital as a Band 2 Health care support worker or as a Band 3 Health Care Support Worker.
We currently have one full time permanent post at 37 hours per week and a 33 hours/ week permanent post. These posts have an expectation of day/night rotation including weekends and public holidays. We work 12-hour shift patterns, 0700-1915 on days and 1900-0715 on nights.
The successful candidates will be supported by the ward Senior Charge Nurse, Staff Nurses, Clinical Educators and other Health Care Support Workers.
