What You Will Do:
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised development area stocked with all necessary ingredients and consumables.
- Prepare high-quality samples for customer submissions, internal innovation sessions, and presentations.
- Support the team with tasting assessments, cooking validations, and preparation of nutritional samples.
- Source and manage ingredients, ensuring allergen control procedures are followed.
- Assist with customer and supplier presentations, including occasional travel to other sites.
- Collaborate across departments to support factory trials and ensure seamless product development processes.
What You Will Bring:
- Clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven time management skills and the ability to adapt to varied tasks.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in the food industry, ideally in kitchen-based or NPD roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with systems such as SharePoint.
- A full UK driving licence to support travel requirements for the role.

Location:
This role is based at the Wednesbury site, with occasional travel to the Dudley site and other locations as required.
