Key Responsibilities
- Conduct estate, scheme, and property inspections to maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.
- Support residents with tenancy management issues such as noise complaints, disputes, and safeguarding concerns.
- Work closely with internal departments and external partners to address building maintenance and safety.
- Engage with residents through regular communication, ensuring their concerns are heard and acted upon.
- Provide tailored support to vulnerable individuals and families, ensuring their needs are met.
- Gather feedback from residents to continually improve services and ensure satisfaction.
- Represent the company in external meetings, attend court proceedings, and support residents through various issues.
- Driving license and own car essential
- You really care about making a difference and want to help people feel safe and supported in their homes.
- You’ve got some experience in housing, or, you’re keen to learn about building safety, fire safety, and tenancy issues.
- You understand how important it is to look out for people especially those who might be vulnerable, and you want to be someone our residents can trust and turn to when they need help.
- Experience dealing with tenancy matters, like noise or neighbour concerns, and you’re either familiar with housing policies and regulations or open to learning as you go. You enjoy solving problems and can explain things clearly, in a way that makes sense to everyone.
- Confident using tools like Outlook, Word, and Excel, and you pick up new systems quickly. You also pay attention to detail, especially when it comes to keeping information accurate and up to date.
- You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, where priorities can change quickly, and you’re able to stay organised while juggling multiple tasks at once. This role is a chance to use your people skills and practical know how to make a real impact helping our customers feel valued, supported, and proud of where they live.
