This is a pivotal moment for the brand as we look to supercharge our growth and become laser focused in achieving our ambitious goal. You’ll develop and execute international sales plans, strengthen key relationships, and identify new commercial partnerships to fuel global presence and revenue growth.

Position Overview:

The National Account Manager will play a critical role in driving our international sales strategy, managing key retail and wholesale accounts, and expanding our market presence through traditional distribution. This individual will work closely with the Sales Director and other team members to develop and implement commercial strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Key Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence and increase revenue.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions for both our online and offline accounts.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with new and existing clients to secure favourable terms and conditions that meet business objectives.
  • Budget Management: Oversee budget planning and management to ensure efficient use of resources and maximization of ROI.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts across international markets, leveraging historical data, market trends, and client insights to support strategic planning and revenue growth.

About you:

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a commercial or sales management role, preferably within the consumer products industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
