The Engineering Development Group (EDG) at MathWorks is a proven, excellent technical and leadership development program designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders and innovators within our Software Development organization. As a member of EDG, you’ll have the flexibility to select your own projects, be mentored by industry experts in areas such as software engineering, quality engineering, user experience, technical writing, and more.

- A bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree, or equivalent experience) is required.
- Masters/Ph.D. in Engineering, Computer Science, or another STEM subject
- Consistent, well-rounded academic track record, including excellent communication and time management skills
- Proficiency in at least one programming language.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles (for CS degree candidates)
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink is a plus, but not required
