The Role
- Obtaining accurate meter readings from customers across the Cambridge region.
- Engaging with customers to ensure their billing is correct and identifying any vulnerable customers.
- You will represent a leading water provider that provides the highest standards of service to 1.7m customers across both South Staffordshire and Cambridgeshire.
- Identifying unusual consumption trends, reporting any leaks, and identifying any meters for replacement.
- Always maintaining a high level of customer service satisfaction.
- Ensure all data is accurate and recorded onto our systems
- You must have a full and valid driving license.
- A strong and adaptable attitude in diverse work scenarios by being flexible and responsive.
- Attention to detail is essential to ensure accurate documentation of meter readings to a high standard.
- Ability to work alone and prioritise your workload.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in fieldwork would be advantageous but not essential.
- A competitive salary of up to £25,500 per year.
