Salary: Grade C - £31,373 (National Framework) or £36,775 (London Framework – if you are London office based or homebased and live within the boundary of the M25). There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £553 per annum for those working from home.

Contracted Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week. Part-time and flexible working will be considered depending on business needs.

Contract Type: Permanent

Closing Date: 29th October 2024 at 11.59 pm

Location: Homebased in the Midlands. Due to the nature of the role, regular travel will be required within the regions.

What You Will Bring…

To be considered as a Mental Health Act Monitoring Co-ordinator, you will need:

  • Experience in health or social care, with a good understanding of how the Mental Health Act is monitored
  • Experience in a project support or co-ordination role, with excellent organisational skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Mental Health Act Monitoring Co-ordinator, you will support the effective running of Mental Health Act monitoring across four regional teams.

You will co-ordinate and support regional monitoring activities, ensuring the successful delivery of programmes, projects, and day-to-day operations.

Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will engage with MHA Operations Managers to support the delivery of business-as-usual and project-based tasks.

Additionally, You Will

  • Analyse and assess information to help identify and address any risks
  • Write impactful reports and contribute to ongoing monitoring initiatives
  • Ensure effective communication across teams
  • Provide project management support
