Are you an experienced and organised administrator looking for a full time role in a dynamic healthcare environment? We are seeking a Medical Secretary to support our clinical team. This position offers a 40 hour working week, providing essential administrative support and ensuring smooth coordination of medical operations.
Key responsibilities:
Compensation Range: £35K
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and update clinician rotas, resolving conflicts and ensuring adequate coverage.
- Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including maintaining accurate records and organising meetings.
- Act as the main point of contact for rota and scheduling queries.
- Draft professional correspondence and maintain compliance with confidentiality standards.
- Experience in a similar administrative or medical secretarial role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare systems.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- A 40-hour working week in a supportive and professional team environment.
- Salary of £35,000 pro rara
- 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays - increasing to 30 after 1 year.
- Pension- up to 5% employer contribution.
